Chinese television CCTV recently broadcast a documentary in which the main star was the famous English football player David Beckham, and what confused the rest of the world is that the popular Becks was "blued".

More precisely, everything except the head of the celebrated midfielder was censored, and the blurred part was covered with tattoos, of which Beckham has a lot on his body.

Of course, the "blur" effect was used only when David Beckham was not wearing a T-shirt, in situations when he was without it, the audience in China could only see his head.

There has been controversy over whether tattooed people are discriminated against in this way. The law in China is such that from 2018, tattooed public figures will be censored, more precisely - their tattoos. Becks already had one such situation when he advertised yogurt there, and he did not have tattoos that were deleted from his body with Photoshop.

It all started with hip-hop, tattoos became popular in China because of that culture. The ruling Communist Party feared that the matter could go too far, even to the point of weakening socialist consciousness.

Until just half a veil, tattoos were almost banned in China, still tattooed people in China are mostly considered "unclean".
